What personal data we collect and why we collect them
The Golden Boulders Festival Organization has conceived and managed the event of the same name since 2018. This site aims to promote the event and to sell the tickets to participate.
For this purpose only, to book your participation, we request to fill in a form with your personal data.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will use the information that we collect about you only for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your request and second, to response to any queries which you may have.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we collect about you includes:

- some other personal data like age and country
When you decide to send your booking request, you are giving us your explicit consent to collect your data.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and they are never shared with any other organization.
In in the future you will decide to cancel your personal record, you simply should contact us.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
